Juice Cleanse - Day 4
It’s like a ton of bricks hit my head. That was the night of Day 2. At the end of Day 4, I’m just thinking about my trip to Roberta’s Pizzeria after this is over. It’s been top of mind for the past few days. http://www.robertaspizza.com/
The end of day life saver has been the Cashew Milk.
Juice Cleanse - Day 2
Surprisingly energetic on Day 1; until I had the Coop shift. Overall, enhanced mental clarity and calmness; but that may have had to do with all the mindful quotes by S Jobs in the media that I had time to reflect on. Day 2, not as energetic as Day 1, but not experiencing the painful detox symptoms I’ve heard about.

A great tribute to Steve Jobs
Concise, Thorough, Moving and after reading it cover to cover, I got a great sense of Jobs’ impact on today’s American psyche. You’ll also be surprised at how much you didn’t know about Steve Jobs and Apple.

Terrifying, Amazing and Inspiring
A must read from the New York Times
A year ago, when chemotherapy stopped working against his leukemia, William Ludwig signed up to be the first patient treated in a bold experiment at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ludwig, then 65, a retired corrections officer from Bridgeton, N.J., felt his life draining away and thought he had nothing to lose.
Doctors removed a billion of his T-cells —...
My account from 9/11
The following is my account from 911 as written on 9/12/01:
Tuesday morning, a good night’s sleep after a night that had an insignificant amount of paranoia in it. Why, where was it from? A week after having too vivid of a dream about being drafter to war. Getting to the office early, which is unusual of me because of training that we set up. I was having breakfast in a crowded conference...

Statistically, Melo is not going to make the Knicks a contender. I hope that’s not true, but the numbers don’t lie: http://bit.ly/eDIo14

The Shift from Manhattan to Brooklyn
I’ve been fortunate enough to have grown up in New York City and seen the city transform and re-invent itself over and over again. On some inspiring days, when I take a walk instead of jumping on the train I pass by banks and pharmacies and think back to the mom and pop, small business or .99c store that was there in a foregone era. The city has certainly become a bit more sterile than it...
